I actually already know this a long time ago but only show it now. The judge eat the bread and turn into a Super Kuroyunagi, then one of the contestant's body turn into a Freezer and he called Freezer Boy then they fight each other on a desert! Here's the video!

This show is must watch. it's kind of like BoBoBo (I never watch BoBoBo) unfortunately there's no English home release for Yakitate!! Japan! I watched it when it air on Animax but now it's already gone.

After that clip, Kuroyunagi eat Kazuma's Japan (Japan in the title and the show doesn't mean the country Japan! it's a pun! Jap (Japan) Pan (Bread) I'll let you to figure out the rest! ) and then Kuroyunagi transform to SSJ 2! then SSJ 3!

There's no need to dumb a show down to one topic just because you don't find it interesting.
Granted, I've never even heard of this show, but I see no need to rip on it because I don't find the subject matter relevant to my interests. There's animes about football, tennis, all sorts of things, not just sci-fi/martial arts.
I personally find the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game bores me to tears, yet the characters, music, and story of the anime (the original series) really drags me in to the show.

As for the clip itself, it was OK, I guess. As Daimaoh said, if I had familiarity with the series, perhaps 'd find this more humorous? I get the joke, sure. He goes blonde, fights a freezer, yadda-yadda (It sounds funnier when I actually type it, so maybe the joke simply dragged on for too long?)

People like me who like cooking read such manga. I have read titles such as Bambino, Addicted to Curry, Yakitate!! Japan ect.
What I can tell is that they are delightful to read. Maybe you'll like them too when you have to cook for yourself when you move from home, who knows?
What makes Yakitate!! Japan so fun is that we eat bread everyday, but we don't know how specific types are made. This manga goes through this at times.
The most fun thing with this manga is that the judges at the competitions (yep, most of the cooking is made at competitions) get different exaggerated reactions to bread. They have several feelings.
There are times when they have such a great reaction that they become a SSJ and during that reaction they start to fight.
In fact, this clip isn't the first time the judge reaches SSJ, in one reaction he became SSJ2 and SSJ3 too.
And there are many types of reactions, many times referencing popular shônen manga.
Dragonball is one that comes back several times.

It's a manga named "Great Teacher Onizuka". It's really fun.
And mikezilla2 is mistaken, he doesn't look like Onizuka at all, except for having blonde hair (which is cut differently too).

Do shows like this have to get legal documents to parody another anime ( in this case DB)? Another show that i think has a DB related scene is in Puni Puni Poemy, I think the 4 star ball was in it.

If the scene is a parody and not a complete copy of a part or drawing of Dragonball, I think they can get away with it.
An example is Bobobobo (whatever ) which includes many elements and parodies of several manga, and as far as I know, they haven't got many problems with that.

I think it depends what you're parodying, Shin Chan gets away with poking fun and making references towards a ton of anime but the Doreamon legal team really got on them for a little throw away gag they made.
