"!" (Exclamation Point in DVD Subs)

I was watching one of the Kid Buu DVDs with English subtitles on because it was 4am and people where sleeping. I could not believe it, every single sentence has a "!" at the end of it. Even Things that don't need a "!". What the hell?

Update: It was "Regression" here is an example:

Mr.Satan - "What got under his skin?"
Dende - "Gosh I dont know!"

Dende said that very calm and with a little fear. If you look at this DVD EVERY sentence (English Subtitles) has a "!" (Well exept those that end with "?")

Maybe they used the funi dub script? >.> When watching that the cast does seem to act as if almost all their lines end with an exclamation mark or two.
