Tomato soup! XD

I loved that. In DB, there's the fish full of dollars. DBZ has the infamous HFIL and "Don't piss off the God of Love." Which gave me the scariest mental image of a male Sailor Venus...

I haven't seen enough of dub GT, though I have several DVDs. But FUNi giving Gogeta a masculine voice (Vegeta dominating) kinda ruins his charm.

I just still love that editing job they did in DB with Roshi telling Oolong disguised as Buruma when she's suggests herself for a date that she's "a little young". The irony of it is just too precious! XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

The dub opening of GT. Scary but hilarious at the same time. Then Yamcha singing "My cat loves food, yeah yeah yeah yeah".

I always wanted to believe that was a kind of insider joke made by 4Kids (Or was it Trimark?) for those who were already familiar with the series. I'd like to think that anyways...>.>

That was during DB's original airing back in 1995. On the redub, they changed it, but I forgot what the line was. And on TV it definately didn't have "puff puff" in it.

In the Blue Water dub, the nosebleed scene was left untouched, they just cut the flash of Bulma's "assets"

Does anyone knows hows the studios managed to cover up the part where invisible man gets covered in Roshis nose bleed?
Didn't someone here say FUNimation used footage from one of the movies for that scene?

In Blue Water's dub of GT, they made Gogeta sound as if he's gay (apologues if anyone found this insulting) and they removed his famous tag line (I think it's "I am the instrument of your destruction!" and replaced it with the corny "I am your worst nightmare" line.

I thought the destruction line was from Movie 12 not GT

I can't think of any right now, but a stupid thing FUNi did which I thought was pretty funny was in Dragon Ball. After Son Goku admitted to Bulma his curiously taking off her panties, she sprayed him with a machine gun. This entire scene didn't take place in the dub, but the little pellet holes in Goku's shirt remained there in the next scene--pretty obviously, I might add. Mmm...I guess that's all I can think of right now.
I was voted "most unique" and "most likely to become the next existential thinker" in high school.

The tomato soup scene is a classic.

I've always liked the line "The city may have evacuated, but it'll give them something to think about." That had to been intended as a joke.

The area being abandoned was a big Saban scapegoat. In Power Rangers in the old days, I REALLY have to wonder just how much of the damn cirty actually had anyone, considering how much of it was supposedly abandoned.

In an ironic twist, after they stopped doing DBZ, whenever a building got blown up, there was never anything said on that show of if they were abandoned or not. It was left up in the air to the viewers imagination. Though true they never skipped around the issue of death on that show when Saban was running it either.

All the random ebonics and 80's slang thrown into the Freeza saga after FUNi took over the production. Not to mention all those lines that made you say "What the hell...?" Each episode left you thinking "What could they possibly think up next!?"

Polish/French DB, Goku is pissing on a cactus:

"I love cactus milk!"

And, of course, season 3.

"<Jeice's laugh from "Incredible Force"> GUHUAGHAGHA! BUGHUAGHAHA!"

"Ooooh nooo!!! It's Veee-Geee-Taaa! It-caaaaan't-beeeeeeee!"
It's party time, Ginyu style!

There was only the FUNi dub of DBZ in the UK, no others. Unless they were "fandubbed" and released on video over the Internet.
