Awesome! I'm totally in on this. I actually just watched the first 3 episodes like a week ago. I will point out that they were my first viewing of the japanese dub of those episodes. I will being watching the whole series in japanese, and I guess now I have an excuse to finish the blue bricks!

I have been waiting to do this again. I did it last spring and ended in June... too soon? Keep in mind I have never seen Dragonball in Japanese, and the first half of Dragonball Z in Japanese.
I wanted a mission, and for my sins, they gave me one.

I didn't even realize until now that Netflix has all of the DB blue bricks! I've been holding off on buying them, but I wouldn't be opposed to putting them in my queue for something like this. (If only they were on Instant Play...) Not sure if I'll be doing it yet, but this is a pretty cool idea!
I can see their parachutes.

What a spectacular idea! Too bad I won't be able to participate now, because I don't own any Dragon Ball episodes.
I hope this happens again sometime next year when I own all of the series. I would love to take part in something like that. :)
As for now... happy watching and discussing to everyone else!

Having just yesterday obtained the first spanish DB Season set (containing episodes 1-28), I'll definitely be watching those episodes recently, so I guess I can comment on those here, at least. I don't really see myself watching the whole RRA arc, though, I don't really like it.

Aw, I can't watch the episodes because I don't have DB Season sets. Do I have to watch the DVDs or could I just downlo... uh, find another way to watch them? If not I'll see if I can buy the Blue Bricks or finally find an excuse to get netflix.

I'm totally in. I have most of the series, so that means I'll buy whatever I need to finish.

I actually tried to do this back in the summer and stopped at the World Tournament Saga. I do own all of the Dragon Ball series in one form or another via singles/bricks/Dragon Boxes so I will join in.

Will any of the movies or specials be included in this "experience"?

So I made it up to episode 5, and according to the subs, Bulma says something like "We're almost out of gas." Goku mishears what she says as "almost out of ass" and then says something about butts. I know that they probably changed it to their own wordplay joke, which is kind of disappointing. Can anyone explain the original joke?

Anyone else here watching the English dub or am I the only one? Just curious.

I started watching Dragonball in japanese even though I really enjoy the dub, because I have not seen DB in japanese. I finished the first 13 episodes.

I will be watching in Japanese. I really do not like the dub of Dragon Ball because in Canada they aired the Blue Water dub so I am more used to that dub.
