Like all of the video game soundtracks before it, this one does not disappoint. This theme is one of my personal favourites:

Do you know how many Soundtracks there are in all and if they will be released in a CD?
They are amazing!

It wasn't composed by Kenji Yamamoto.
The Sparking! and Raging Blast soundtracks were composed by Toshiyuki Kishi.

Hopefully we'll see word on an official release soon.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the soundtrack for the original Raging Blast never saw an official release outside of the disc included with Collector's Edition of the game. Is that right?

Odd, it sounds a whole lot like Kenji maybe Toshiyuki wants to be consistent with Kenji's Score

Really? Are you sure of this? I think I had read Kenji Yamamoto is the only who composes Dragon Ball videogame soundtracks...

The composer is definitely Toshiyuki Kishi. The only recent games that had new music composed by Yamamoto were the ones developed by Dimps(the latest being Infinite World). Although Spike did use some of his work for their first Tenkaichi installment, none of them were new compositions for the game, just reused Budokai tracks.

After their first game, Spike started getting other composers to do new music for their sequels and the Raging Blast series. BT2's OST is credited to different teams of people working on separate sections of the soundtrack, and from BT3 and onward, the music has been composed by Toshiyuki Kishi.

Kenji Yamamoto only composed music for the following games:

Super Butōden (1993)
With Kumagorou
Super Butōden 2 (1993)
With Switch-E, Kumatarou
Super Butōden 3 (1994)
With Amayang, Chatrasch, Switch-E
Super Goku Den — Totsugeki-Hen (1995)
Ultimate Battle 22 (1995)
Super Goku Den — Kakusei-Hen (1995)
The Legend (1996)
Final Bout (1997)
Budokai (2002)
Budokai 2 (2003)
Budokai 3 (2004)
Shin Budokai (2006)
Goku Densetsu (2007)
Shin Budokai 2 (2007)
Burst Limit (2008)
Infinite World (2008)

Also, the reason Sparking! re-used his score from the Budokai series is because the Japanese release of all three Sparking! games used Dragon Ball Z's score.

Not to mention that they probably couldn't find anyone to compose new music for the Western release at the time, unlike the sequels' soundtracks where they actually managed to do so.
