I´m pretty sure everybody here know Tarble.To those who don´t: In short he is Vegta´s brother.

In the OVA "Yo!Son Goku and his Friends return!" he looks like this :

But in the manga adaption of said OVA he looks like this(yes his hair always points to the right,its not just wind) :

So,wich of his designs do you prefer?And why?

He looks a lot...older in the manga adaption.

He looks more in proportion in his manga representation as opposed to his animated version. The animated versions' head is too... big.

I never noticed how much Tarble looks like a mini-Vegeta. Probably because of his troubled state in the OVA.

I like the manga version a bit better. I mean the widows-peak is a must if you're going to be related to Vegeta.

How about these?The proportions seem less off

Yeah,I also think the only reason I like the anime version more,is because I saw it first.Otherwise I would like the manga version more because of your reasons.He looks more like Vegeta and less like Gohan

The manga version by far. I think the manga version not only resembles Vegeta more, but the expression on Tarble's face is more similar to that of Vegeta's.

He was a pretty cool character, I just wish he fought someone in the Jump Special. Him going SSj would be pretty cool.

The manga version looks ridiculous. I prefer Tarble's big head and small body. I also like the fact the he doesn't have a widow's peak.

Considering he's supposed to be an adult, I'd say the manga adaptation represents him far more accurately.

Wow I didn't know his manga design was so different. I like the manga design more because it makes him actually look his age, and not just some brat.

The manga version definitely makes him look older. Probably to address the fact that his existance would be impossible as shown in the special.

The only reason I'd say the anime version over the manga version is because I'm not a fan of "cop-outs" and I think drawing him to look just like Vegeta but with the hair to his left is a cop-out to drawing something original.

I'm not sure which I prefer. I guess I prefer the manga version, since his hair is SIMILAR to Vegeta's, while the anime his hair is pretty much exactly like Gohan's. Side views of the manga version is a little awkward though. It seems like instead of drawing it in a more 3d fashion, such as showing it sticking out in unseen parts in the front or back, like Goku's hair, Tarble ends up looking like just a smaller version of Vegeta.
