I would donate if I had some extra cash but sadly I can't. Hopefully he fully recovers soon. I wouldn't like it if he had to give up Android 17 in DBZ Kai cause of this.

I really hope he makes it. Chuck's WAY too young to suffer a heart attack in the first place. He's also one of my personal favorite VAs at Funimation. His Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho was an absolute delight, and I always enjoyed his Android 17. It would be terrible if he was rendered unable to voice No. 17 in Z Kai.

Chuck, you'll probably never read this, but I'm keeping you and your family in my prayers.

Chuck Huber is one of the finest VAs in the industry, in my opinion. I've loved nearly every performance of his. He's definitely one of Funimation's best and deserves our support.

Been a huge fan of Chuck since he first started at FUNi and had the pleasure of meeting and having lunch with him at Anime Expo 2004.

That's a real shame. If you have an emergency with no insurance sometimes they'll just let you die, heard it happen a lot of times. I would donate and all, but I blew just about everything I had on Christmas. :\

You guys still have medical bills? I thought Obama was making it so you had the same medical system as every other country...

It's great to see so many anime fans giving, and I hope he's all right, he's one of the best voice actors around.

I wondered about that too. Here in the Netherlands EVERYONE has a health insurance, its common sense. It's so weird to see a big and wealthy country like America have a lot of residents, normal people like Chuck Huber, who don't have one at all. I also thought Obama said he would change it so everyone had a health insurance?

Anyway, hope he gets better soon. It's always very sad to hear such tragic events happen to young people.

A bill was passed, but it doesn't really go into effect until next year.

Health care is a deeply political debate and I'm not entirely sure this is the place to get into that sort of thing.
