Dragonball in Blue Dragon Awakened Shaddow(sort of)

Dragonball in Blue Dragon Awakened Shaddow(sort of)

I just got Blue Dragon Awakened Shaddow, and i saw some stuff i found amusing:
  • *In the character creation at the start of the game, you can choose hair that looks like Future Gohan, Uub, Trunks har, among with others.
    *Also in the character creation, you can chose your voice, and one of them sounds like it is Kyle Herbert.
    *In the early levels, Toribot will appear and tell you how to do stuff.
I just got the game, so it may be more in here.

Well Blue Dragon's main design artist is Akira Toriyama, he's always reusing the same hair styles, even in Dragon Quest and Chrono Trigger. xP But that's still pretty awesome about the Toribot being in there. :mrgreen:

He did all the artwork, and it sounds like he uses the same presets for every game; those hair styles are in Dragon Quest 9.

That's just his art style now. He does all his new stuff like that.

No idea. Nowadays, it seems he won't work on anything that doesn't have "dragon" in its title.

You can also pretty much play as Chi-Chi or Bulma too.

I really appreciate DB shout-outs in these kinds of games. I'm able to have a team made up of Bura, Goten, Trunks, and Gohan in DQ9 because of it. :3

Well, its not like he comes up with the title or anything. They just pay him for his character designs and such.

I believe he has been using the same presets since the Kanzenban? Dragon Quest 8-9 have art style has a similar to the Kanzenban art style.
