It's unreleased. You might be able to find a rip of it online, though.

And in case you don't already know, the music in that game is from the European and American release of Sparking! Neo and/or Sparking! Meteor.

Really? Well, I've only ever played the Sparking games in English a single time, and I've yet to buy Revenge of King Piccolo, so I only know what I'm told.
