Help on Budokai 1 (PS2)

Post by DB_Fan » Sun Mar 20, 2005 8:32 pm

In Budokai 2 there was a code that would unlock every capsule in the game: Go to edit skills, 1P, skill list, hold in L1 and R1 press
triangle(exit), X(to go back), triangle, X, etc., all the time holding
in L1 and R1. the percentage will go up if you do it repeatedly. (you
will gain all the skills and stuff, including characters)

It might be a good idea to edit a capsule or something before you
start so if you accidentally press triangle twice, it'll still save.

On Friday I got Budokai, so now I have all the 3.
Is there any cheat like this in Budokai 1? If yes please tell me.

I remember that code, it saved me hours of tedious capsule hunting. Does it also work with the GameCube version?

As for the Game Cube Version I don't know, but does it work on the Playstation 2 version of Budokai 1?

Ok, it's pretty obvious that without R1/R2 and L1/L2 that it wouldn't work, but just to clarify; no it doesn't.

As well, there is no code in Budokai 1 that has the same effect, but it shouldn't be very difficult to collect all the capsules in B1 in the first place, unless you're incredibly lazy.

I'm not lazy, I just want to beat the game faster.

When you simply complete Story mode once, you have all the essential capsules like SSJ and most attack capsules.
