Favourite/Least Favourite Duos and Trios

I don't know about you guys, but I always loved the trio of Gohan, Piccolo and Kuririn.

I think I liked GokuXVegeta at the end of the Buu arc... simply because I love how much Vegeta has changed by then *sniff*

Yep, a few times in the earlier portions of 'Z'. The battles they fought together in include:
- Vs. Nappa
- Vs. Freeza
- Vs. Garlic Jr.

I also liked Piccolo&Goku particulary because of their fight with Radditz. I always got the feeling their personalities were a good counterbalance, with Goku being the instinctual but less than serious fighter, a bit on the naive side, while Piccolo the level headed analytical way too serious type.


Also Gotens/Trunks&Goten with Piccolo (Duo and trio ) but more for the entertainment factor.

Team Three Star: Vegeta, Kuririn and Gohan for the win. I already liked the relationship between Kuririn and Gohan in the Saiyan and Freeza arc, but adding Vegeta into the mix was great. They worked well together, even though they were enemies, and it was nice to see the dyanmic of both working together to save their butts from the frying pan and screwing each other over for the DBs.

I don't really have a least favourite, but if I had to pick one, it would probably be Tenshinhan and Chaozu. Chaozu never did anything for me (I don't hate him, though), and it's not surprising--there isn't that much to him as a character, and he only served to be another student of the Crane School to balance out the stakes and give dimension to Tenshinhan's character. But after a while, I just got sick of the unconditional love Tenshinhan had for this weird little guy who basically did nothing but hang to Tenshinhan's butt like a puppy.

Least favorite trio: Goten, Chibi Trunks & Videl.

I'm also a big fan of Piccolo, Trunks and Goten in the Buu arc. And I love the all-too-brief combination of Goku, Kuririn and Bulma adventuring together in the Red Ribbon arc.

I also liked Babidi and Boo as a duo ,while they may not be the best example of Teamwork I did enjoy watching them a lot.Especially while Goku was fighting Boo,you could reallly see how Boo hoped that Babidi would die from a deflected blast or something.

Come to think of I also like Piccolo Goten and Trunks together,I know that many dont like them as a Trio but I did.

Pilaf and Co. are also one of the best Trios in the series, their appearence in GT is one of the things that almost completly redeem it I only wish they had some cameos in Z, I mean Tao Bai Bai got one ,too

They're best friends, nothing will take away from that. I always felt sad thinking they spent so much time apart from each other during the series...

Piccolo and Gohan... To think a little boy could change him so much.

I really dig Krillin & Piccolo during the saiyan saga. Gohan nerfed the team though..

Gohan, Krillin & Vegeta on Namek were a pretty good trio.

Goku, Krillin & Bulma going to the pirate cave was a blast too.

Anything with Krillin is a win!

Goten, Trunks, or Gotenks with Piccolo was also enjoyable.

I liked the initial Goku/Piccolo teamup as well as the Gohan/Krillin team on Namek. Also Vegeta and Nappa. Didn't like how Buu and Dabura was Babidi's bitches. Didn't like Garlic's men. Garlic himself should have been more of a loner.
