Is "Breakdancing Vegeta" a meme?

I know probably a lot of people have seen this gif on Daizenshuu, Breakdancing Vegeta dances the exact same as the breakdanceing bear but of course it's Vegeta dancing.

Well if we go here to the Internet Meme Database and do a search for 'Vegeta' (http://knowyourmeme.com/search/memes?ut ... 3&q=vegeta) that .gif is nowhere to be seen lol.

In all seriousness, no I would not call that a meme.

There's two basic things that determine whether something is an Internet meme.

1: It gets posted all over the Internet so often that it's hard to avoid seeing it.
2: It's not funny. Or, at least, it's not funny anymore (if it was ever funny to begin with) because dumb people have driven it 60 miles into the ground.

Breakdancing Vegeta isn't all over the Internet as far as I've seen (this is the first time I've seen it), and it's kinda funny to see Vegeta breakdancing, so... it's not a meme, I guess.

He didn't say breakdancing Vegeta wasn't funny, what he meant was most memes aren't really amusing because they're over used (ironically, just like over 9000).
