I remember in the avatar thread when this had been cropped out, and people were making jokes about it being "suprirse buttsex".

But that art does creep me out, and if that Makankosappo wasn't piercing them through the chest, judging by their expressions, I'd have reason to believe it was surprise buttsex too.

It's pretty fantastic, I think. Kudos to the original artists.
There's a disturbingly large amount of pictures of Broly crossdressing. I have no idea why.
Funny though.
