A certain BGM from Raging Blast 2 Gaiden Remake OVA question

I just have a quick question for you guys. I really liked the BGM that played when (the) Z-Fighters figured (out) a plan on how to defeat Hatchiyack and when they beam-clashed with him, near the end in the Raging Blast 2 "DBZ Gaiden" OVA remake.

Do you think it will ever be released? I hoped for it to be on the upcoming Raging Blast 2 soundtrack, but when I saw the track listing on various sites I got disappointed.

I know it played during the ending of the (new version of the) OVA too, but it was a short version, and not the full song.

Any clues on it?
