Unemi no Hi??

Hi pals, I'm workin on a spanish cover for Unmei no Hi, Adrián Barba (original mexican singer for We Gotta power and We were Angels) will sing it, now I'm' workin on the lyrics translation but I don't know what "YUDULIYA-VELE / YUDULIYA IYALIYA" means :S

Could someone tell me what it means?

It doesn't really mean anything. Even Julian's translation doesn't have that part translated.
