I've been looking for certain MIDI ringtones for my cellphone.
I have found Dan Dan Kokoro Hikarete'ku and Blue Velvet, but my phone doesn't accept files larger than 20kb. I was wondering if anyone knew how to reduce the filesize...by that I mean minimize the length of the file without losing the quality. They are approximately 3 minutes long. Also if anyone has those two MIDI's stored, and they are under 20kb, it would be great if you could supply them for me? Thanks.

If you have a program that can edit MIDI files, I'd suggest cutting down the length to a manageable size. However, with no experience in that area, I don't know how to do that, so...
