I was browing through one of the old Funimation "Imperfect Cell" dvd's, and in the extra's menu, there was a commercial about Funimation releasing the music (from the English dub), starting with the Trunks Saga. The above image is the cover for the CD that apeared in the video. I screencapped it. Was this just a commercial for Bruce's CD releases, or did Funimation (At that time) Plan an independant release? Why didn't they mention Faulconer's name or company? Anyway, I uploaded the audio MP3 file from the commercial onto Megaupload if any of you want to listen to it. Tell me what you think.

I remember that! I know they did a 3-disc release for the History of Trunks thing, but I remember this trailer. We'll have to see of Scott knows, but my guess is at some point, this became the Faulconer Productions Music release, which, as I recall, was the first of the 9 CDs they released over 3 or 4 years.

To be fair the CDs that were released don't do very much justice to the awesomeness that Faulconer's music was. It's a bit of a let-down, really. And obviously there is still the matter of various unreleased songs which I'd love to have an official version of.
Faulconer's music truly deserves a decent release.

That really sounds like the first of the Faulconer CDs that are already out. Best of DBZ VOl1 and Trunks Compendium were the first two CDs out. Vol1 would be the "themes" CD he mentioned. Also they used our Trunks theme for the commercial so definitely Faulconer stuff.
I vaguely remember that commercial, if my freakin' VCR worked I could see if that commercial was on some of my old VHS tapes.
