Top 10 Favorite Filler Characters & Discussion

Hello. Who are your 10 favorite filler characters? Also, what is your opinion on filler? I'd say there were some filler (episodes? arcs?... and what about them?). I really liked the Garlic Jr. Saga (I know most people hate it...), but I thought it was pretty good -- not the best saga but fairly good. The Other world tournament saga was pretty good. I thought Pikkon was awesome. Your thoughts?

My ten favorite filler characters, not including movie characters:

1. Pikkon
2. Grand Kai
3. West Kai
4. Olibu
5. Tapkar (the alien who can run super fast)
6. South Kai
7. Garlic Jr
8. Shula
9. Goz and Mez
10. Princess Snake

Also, do you think filler is canonical (to... what?). I don't, even though I enjoyed parts of filler.

Not too big on filler. I only like Pikkon, Garlic Jr and Olibu.

I like the Filler Kaio and Filler Kaioshin (though I think the animators chose odd colors for the Kaioshin,and they made South Kaioshin bleed red even though they had East Kaioshin bleed blue before)

I also liked Bibidi (what little we got to see of him)

Come to think of there are few filler characters I dont like

I enjoy everyone from the Garlic Junior Arc except for Mustard. I'm glad he died so early.
I personally like filler characters more than most other characters. It's the Pokemon thing, people are in the series for a few episodes, or less, and then never appear/get mentioned again. It's just better that way.

There is some filler which I do enjoy like Yamcha's baseball career. The filler characters which I do enjoy seeing were Olibu, Bibidi and Paikuhan. I have never been a fan of the Garlic Jr arc at all.

I guess the filler could be considered canonical to the anime version, but even then it can cause some wild inconsistencies.
