Scott's probably the best person to answer this, but maybe someone else here knows.
For the 9 CDs Faulconer Productions Music put out, how much weight was given to fan input and requests? I ask (a) because I'm curious, and (b) because I know I requested several tracks on a couple of occasions and was once asked for time codes during the Freeza episodes so someone could figure out exactly what I was asking for. I probably requested about 10-15 tracks, and all or almost all of them ultimately ended up on CDs, a great many on Volume 4 which came out literally a few months after I requested some of those tracks. It's entirely possible that I was asking for popular tracks, but it seems almost too coincidental that so many of my requests (Energy Disc Music, Buu is Fighting, SSJ3 Powerup, Planet Namek Destruction, New Earth Music were all requests I had in that time period) ended up on the CDs.
Also, what [additional] criteria was used to select which tracks to put on the CDs?
Faulconer Productions CDs ~ Fan Input
Re: Faulconer Productions CDs ~ Fan Input
From what I understand, (from reading different things over the past couple of years) a pretty big majority of the tracks that were put on CD were simply fan requests. The best person to ask would probably be... Faulconer himself. But I'm not even sure if he answers fan E-Mails anymore. ^^; I'd E-mail him, but he's probably a lil sore at me for ripping and uploading so many unreleased tracks, aha. XD Damn, I wish I would of been more savy with computers, and the internet back then. I would of placed at least a couple requests myself. D:
My Youtube account (Coycoy88)
I primarily rip and upload unreleased Faulconer Productions music, as well as some other American dub music.

Re: Faulconer Productions CDs ~ Fan Input
I really don't know any better than anyone else except for Vol1, Trunks Compendium, and Android CDs. I left shortly before those were released, and wasn't around for the planning of any of the later CDs.
Vol1 was hand picked and decided on by Mike and myself.
Trunks Compendium was edited together by Julius Dobos (that was his first task I believe at the studio)
The Android CD was put together by Bruce.
I feel like the others were based on fan requests...to some degree..from what I've heard you guys say. The best person to ask besides Bruce, would actually be Julius Dobos. He might know, dunno what he'd be willing to say. He was definitely there. He might have even done all the picking, especially for the Buu CD...which is...um...probably really his album ^^ Bruce would probably say it was based on fan requests...but...yeah...
