Dragon Ball Z Kai: Part 4 to be on sale June 17

I just thought I'd let the community know that Amazon will have the 4th volume of Kai (blu-ray) on sale tomorrow between 3PM-6PM PST. Info found here.

Blu-ray only? I need to get a Blu-ray player soon. Anyway, I wonder how much it'll cost? I'm thinking something around the $14-$17 range.

This is probably a way to sell off the extra Yamamoto sets. I'm still wondering if Funimation will ever give the current Kai owners replacements for the inconsistent music or will they re-release the first 4 in bigger boxsets with the Kikuchi score...?

Hopefully it's the latter.

Since Part 4 is delayed in September for Oceania releases, it could be a chance that it'll have the Kikuchi score. If that's the case, I have to import it then.

UPDATE: Apparently Amazon doesn't understand how to properly do things. In the Lightning Deals section, it shows the actual time for the Kai set to be on sale, 2:00 PM-4:00PM PDT. Way to keep your site full of accurate information, Amazon.

UPDATE 2: Be sure to be on Amazon's deal page right when this starts. Todays deals have been selling ridiculously fast. The current deal (Goemon) took less than five minutes to have over 50% of the available stock claimed.

Yep, it's $13.49. 31% claimed in about six minutes so far. Qualifies for free shipping in the US if you order $25 worth of stuff, since it's coming directly from Amazon, themselves. I tossed in Final Fantasy XIII at another $17 to bring it over the limit...

Glad to see a fellow community member pick it up. I got mine as well. About a buck an episode for a show on Blu-ray? I couldn't pass that up even though I'm not really a Kai fan. I threw the third set & The Count of Monte Cristo (the unabridged novel) in my order and got the free shipping while I was at it. Best deal today in my opinion.

I not a huge fan of Kai but this was too good to pass up. I bought part 3 along with it. This would be the first time I will see the series in Blu Ray quality, so I'm excited.

That was a good deal, I got myself Funi's release of Kai part 4 on Blu ray. Thanks for letting us know, I probably wouldn't have known about it otherwise.

Doubt it. This is Amazon's own sale. Funimation are apparently still printing their Kai parts 1-4 with Yamamoto's music.
