I could have SWORN I've heard the beginning of this song somewhere, in one the movie's soundtracks, though. Take a look.
And also, wouldn't this fit well in like a sad scene? :p

This must be a coincidence and is not a rip-off at all, but the very beginning of that song slightly sounds like M2124 in DBZ Movie 13.

Both songs sound pretty good, too!
