I haven't watched GT in a while so can't remember if this song actually played during this scene. But as for the music, I can recognize it (grew up with the DB/DBZ/GT BGMs).

The beginning part (4:08 - 4:23) was on that soundtrack list(As well as on youtube)
but i havent found the song that goes from 4:25-4:32. For some reason, both of them are different. As in, they end differently.
