Are you unsure of what "genga" means, or what the shot is from?

In a nutshell, genga is the original/preliminary sketch that is used to paint the actual cel used in the show. Sometimes you'll get the genga with the cel, or sometimes just on its own.

As for the shot, it's obviously something from the Majin-Vegeta arc :).

If manga means storytelling images, and renga means linked images, what does the "gen" stand for?

I still ain't sure on what a cel is.

Is it the original artwork of the picture used in the anime?

And yes, nice gallery.

The term cell comes from a shortening of the word "celluloid". Animations are made of several layers (background, characters etc) some parts of which are transparent. The sheets the art was painted onto used to be made of celluloid, though now different materials are used.

It's spelled "cel" and I believe they use a gelatin base for them nowadays.
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."
