Other Super Saiyan 2's?

I know these characters aren't listed on this site of on in the Daizenshuu it's self, but I was wondering......are Goku Jr. & Vegeta Jr. Super Saiyan 2? When they powered up, a strip of lightning went through their aura's....could this mean they were a weak SSJ2? Also, is GT Trunks SSJ2? When he powered up tp get Baby out of his body, he had a lot of lightning shooting from his aura.

There was also lightning in GT Goten's aura at one point.

I think it was just an animation mistake.

In GT, it appears the story writer's simply forgot SSJ2 existed, or they simply didn't care to use it. The only time I can recall SSJ2 being shown distinctly was by Goku, during his transformation to SSJ3.

As for Goten & Trunks, it doesn't seem like they're SSJ2, and I'm pretty sure they haven't trained a day since Majin Boo. I doubt they trained seriously enough to go that high.

Goku and Vegeta Jr...it seems a bit unlikely that they went as far as SSJ2; even if it's possible, they wouldn't have recieved the kind of harsh training to become that strong.

Well when I saw Vegeta fighting Super 17, I always took hyim as SSJ2, even though they didn't put the lightning in, ya just gotta believe it.

Anyway, yes I forgot about (Baby) Goten, he had lightning when going SSJ to face Goku. But, we know that lighting would equal SSJ2, right? Sop technecally wouldn;t that make Goku & Vegeta Jr., & Trunks & Goten SSJ2, by technicality?

I am pretty sure that written history states that Vegeta neither becomes Super Saiya-jin 2, nor 3; and so... that's just how things are. As for Goku jr, Vegeta jr, Goten, and Trunks... I am pretty sure neither of them are Super Saiya-jin 2 either, and as for lightning, we know that Toei as apposed to Akira Toriyama-sama, used it to accentuate the character transforming, as well as their transformed state when transforming into Super Saiya-jin.

On another note, it's funny that you would start a topic like this, and make such points... say "Ultimate Saiyan Trunks", are you "Trunks Master Swordsman" in disguise?

Probably using a proxy or something. This is really funny, though. The name was a big tip off, and the use of the ampersand ('&') was a huge one.

I'd love to see what he has to say, on top of that... I wonder if he'll try to pander to you, in an attempt to stifle your banning hand.

Well I'm clearly gonna be banned anyway so....what happened was, I was in this huge fight with Android 20, but I was beating him up, so, he got desperate & said that if I don't return to the Daiz Board, he'd kill my dog (who he had in his evil hands).....& that's why I am here.

Anyway, I've learned in the past that electicity isn't the distinguishing trait with Super Saiyan 2's. I wish Toriyama-sama would have added more traits to SS2's that he didn't with the first form, other than occasional electricity and slightly pointier hair.

Even though I am a poor substitute for Mike ['EX'], I believe he was just in his insult. You may not have seen the sort of crap that Trunks Master Swordsman [aka Ultimate Saiyan Trunks] did on the boards leading to his ban... also, this is Mike's forum, if he wants to insult it's visitors- that is his right.
Making stupid/useless threads, and then trying to deny FACT because it comes from the manga [which this kid actively denies, so he can make up cannon because it's in the series; on top of believing the dub is far superior to the original], I think he deserves everything he gets, and that Mike was in fact lenient on the boy.

I fully retain the right to insult those that:

(1) Manage to get themselves banned, in the first place
(2) Try to weasel their way back with a new name, further breaking additional rules, after getting banned
(3) Aren't smart enough to even attempt to cover it up
(4) Create nearly-duplicate utterly useless topics
(4) Etc.

If you have additional comments on the way I treat these sorts of scum, I'd be more than willing to entertain them.

From what I understand, this board/community isn't the only one he's getting banned from, either.

What writings were you looking at? Vegeta turned SSj2 during the years between Cell and Buu.

From what I understand, this board/community isn't the only one he's getting banned from, either.

It's quite true, which makes me wonder how he could go about and think no one could call him out on his deception. I wonder if he thought the use of an ampersand wasn't uncommon, and wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb among board users who don't use one in place of every 'and'.

Vegeta still turned SSj2 (though I personally think he did long before going Majin). You were claiming he never did.
