"Atsumare! Gokû Wârudo" ("Gather Together! Goku World") is not a fan-created work; it was an interactive VHS and toy telephone game released back in 1992.
It was never released outside of that original format, and therefore does not have any official subtitled versions (and definitely no dubbed versions).
