How old is Bra in GT?

I was just watching episode 27 and these two older looking guys were coming on to her. Just thought it was little weird considering i think shes only 13.

She's either 9 or 11 at the start of GT. I say either because there's inconsistency in the guides.

Where in the Funi dub is GT said to be 10 years later? I keep hearing this and no one has been able to point me to the scene that says it.

As far as I can tell, having asked people familiar with the Funi dub this question a few times, the "10 years later" thing is never mentioned in the dub of the series itself (just as the "5 years later" thing is never mentioned in the actual Japanese series, just the Perfect Files). However, a few Funi promotional materials for the dub mention(ed) it, including their official website and one of the DVD packages, I believe.

As for Pan, Marron, and Bra's ages, is anything ever specified about them in the series itself? I thought it all the info on their exact ages just came from the guidebooks, unlike with characters like Goku or Bulma, whose ages are mentioned at certain points in the series.

Anyway, going by the guidebooks, we get this: The Daizenshuu 7 timeline and character dictionary says Marron is born in the year Age 771, and its timeline says that Pan is born in 779 (her character dictionary bio doesn't touch on her birth year). Meanwhile, the Daizenshuu 7 timeline says that Bra is born in 780, while her character dictionary bio says 778. The GT Perfect Files timeline uses 780 for Bra's birth, and places GT as beginning in 789 (whereas the main events of the Boo arc are in 774, and Goku left with Oob in 784).

So...

25th Tenkaichi Budoukai, Boo stuffage (Age 774)
Marron: 3

28th TB (Age 784)
Marron: 13
Pan: 5
Bra: 4 or 6

Start of GT (Age 789)
Marron: 18
Pan: 10
Bra: 9 or 11

This subject really does seem to come up often. How can I stop it? Should Herms or someone else come up with an actual guide (not the Age guide, and it could be stickied in the Guide Guide like the guides) talking about the various ages and age-appropiate (or not) designs of some of the characters in DB?
