So with Herms translating the timeline of Dragon Ball Online after it was Google translated from Korean to Japanese, I've been thinking about how the original timeline might be affected by these events, tweaked of course due to deaths preventing certain events from happening.
So here is Part 1 of my Dragon Ball Online Timeline - Original Timeline Style!
Age 764
Goku returns to Earth as Freeza, King Cold, and their men come to Earth. Goku kills Freeza and Kin Cold while the minions are killed by Piccolo, Vegeta, Kuririn, Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Chaozu, and Gohan. Towards the end of the year, Goku comes down with a lethal heart virus and dies at the age of 27.
Age 766
Trunks is born. Freeza’s army investigates Earth and discovers that Freeza and King Cold were killed by Son Goku, but that he is also dead by this time. They attack Earth and kill a lot of people before being defeated by Piccolo, Vegeta, Kuririn, Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Chaozu, and Gohan. They use the Dragon Balls to revive the victims; this ends up being the final wish by the Earth Dragon Balls.
Age 767
The 24th TB is held; none of the Z Senshi participates as it wouldn’t be the same without Goku, so Mr. Satan wins. Shortly after, Artificial Humans 17 and 18 start their destruction of Earth and Piccolo (14), Kami, Vegeta (35), Tenshinhan (34), Yamcha (34), Kuririn (31), Chaozu (29), and Yajirobe (32) all perish due to their first attack; Gohan survives and becomes a Super Saiyan. Mr. Satan (31) challenges them shortly after, believing himself capable of defeating them, but is easily killed; people quickly forget about him in the wake of the terrible future. Freeza’s men attack again in the wake of the mass destruction on Earth and are killed by Gohan.
Age 767 – Age 780
Artificial Humans 17 and 18 attack Earth constantly, vastly reducing Earth’s population. West City is one of the many places attacked and Dr. Brief and his wife get killed and Capsule Corporation is heavily damaged. The cure to Goku’s heart virus is invented. Bulma then decides to create a time machine to save Goku’s life and have the Artificial Humans defeated. Babidi takes Boo’s ball away from Earth and Kaioshin and Kibito follow him secretly.
Age 780
Gohan (23) dies at the hands of Artificial Human 17; Chi Chi and Gyumao become depressed and her father being alive is the only reason that Chi Chi does not commit suicide. Freeza’s men come out of hiding in celebration, only to get killed by Trunks.
Age 780 – Age 785
17 and 18 continue destroying the Earth with the only one fighting them is Trunks, who keeps losing. Earth’s population is very low at this time.
Age 783
Bulma completes the time machine and Trunks goes back in time for the first time. Trunks returns to this timeline.
Age 785
Trunks goes back in time again and Bulma from that timeline creates a remote control device that they use to shut off the Artificial Humans in that timeline. Trunks returns to this timeline with the remote control and shuts off Artificial Humans 17 and 18 and then destroys their bodies. Freeza’s men mourn 17’s and 18’s deaths, who they respected, but they rejoice that 17 and 18 weren’t surpassed in power and they unbeatable legends whose power can’t be surpassed. They attack Earth again and Trunks kills them. This time, they leave Earth and decide to expand their space empire, but vow to return to Earth someday; they recruit the remnant of Piccolo Daimao’s children. Bulma and Trunks are rejoiced the world over as saviors. Earth begins to rebuild itself.
Age 786
Cell awakens and searches for 17 and 18.
Age 788
After killing many people, Cell learns about 17’s and 18’s deaths due to Trunks. He kills Trunks (22) and steals the time machine. The world mourns Trunks’s death and Bulma becomes depressed that the monster that killed her son stole her time machine, potentially destroying another timeline’s Earth. Bulma destroys all research on the time machine. Bulma tells the world about the late Z Senshi and they become legends, no more so than Son Goku after his feats are revealed to the Earth, such as his success in the Tenkaichi Budokai, him defeating the Red Ribbon Army, Piccolo Daimao, and Freeza, whose subordinates attacked Earth a few times since Freeza’s death. Since Son Goku died as the strongest man in the world, his legend expands to him being invincible and undefeatable, the pinnacle of power. Since he was taught by Muten Roshi, people flock to him to train them. Although Roshi would prefer to retire, he knows that he is the strongest man on Earth again with all the heroes of the previous generations dead, and comes out of retirement to reopen the Turtle School.
Age 792
25 years after the 24th Tenkaichi Budokai, the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai is held with the rules and setup from the 23rd TB returning; Jackie Chun returns to compete and wins.
Age 795
The Earth celebrates the 10th Anniversary of 17 and 18’s deaths. 26th Tenkaichi Budokai is held; Jackie Chum wins again. Freeza’s men and the Mazoku attack New Namek and slaughter the Namekians. The Mazoku are given the planet to live on and New Namek is annexed in the Empire. The Namekian image across the universe changes from a peace loving race to a demonic race.
I'm still working on the rest, but that's what I have so far while I figure out how the rest might go (I still need to figure out what to do with Boo).
