Are all Dragon Ball Wii games discontinued?
Can someone explain why almost all the dragon ball z Wii/ds games are over a 80 dollars on amazon?

Re: Are all wii games discontinued
I've not been very much updated regarding the Wii DB games, but apparently, Atari has lost their licence and now that's the reason why they're so overpriced.
However, the PAL versions are still affordable.
I bought BT3 for 13 quid thinking it was all that good but didn't truly satisfy me, the music sucked, characters play all alike, story's short, to unlock certain characters you need to enter tournaments at certain times and so on.
I don't really detest BT3 but nor do I love it, so it's in the middle (playable).
The music on BT2 is way better and awesome than BT3, it's cool to own RB2 with BT2's soundtrack.

Re: Are all wii games discontinued
You must have lost your skill.
I really liked BT3's huge variety of characters and costumes (and auras etc.) and found the game rather easy to play. On regular difficulties anyway.
I haven't played RB1/2 or any DB game for a while since my brother moved out and took his xbox with him with its chipped pirated RB2. RB1 is around somewhere... probably. Possibly superscratched with the way my family look after their games and consoles.
I play the RB2 demo sometimes and find it extremely difficult most of the time. I've lost my skill. You must have lost yours too. Too many FPS games...

From what I know, Tenkaichi Daiboken (Revenge of ........... ) is probably out of print. As I had trouble last Christmas, to get it for my brother and I searched all Europe for it, only to find it in some small shop on ebay in UK.

Re: Are all wii games discontinued
Atari no longer holds the Dragon Ball Z license, so any DBZ games they published on any platform are now out of print. The last Wii game, Revenge of King Piccolo, is also likely out of print despite being published by Bandai, as new copies of games typically stop being produced within a year of release unless they end up selling millions of copies.
Re: Are all Dragon Ball Wii games discontinued?
The cheapest would be Revenge of Piccolo

If money's brought to the table they might make new copies of the game just look at what happened to Infinite World. They made new copies of the game.

Tenkaichi Daiboken is one of the worst selling Dragon Ball video games in recent history. Namco Bandai likely knew this and printed a conservative number of copies.MCDaveG wrote:From what I know, Tenkaichi Daiboken (Revenge of ........... ) is probably out of print. "I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

Really?? It wasn't anywhere.... I don't get it why, because I pretty much enjoyed the game, only Budokai mode kinda sucks......Super Saiyan Prime wrote:Tenkaichi Daiboken is one of the worst selling Dragon Ball video games in recent history. Re: Are all wii games discontinued
The game itself as sidescroll adventure with intermission fights with boses and on Budokai was cool, but the Budokai fighting mode as standalone isn't as entertaining as Budokai or Budokai Tenkaichi in terms of gameplay. I kinda missed some more combos and moves to fight on full scale.dbboxkaifan wrote:What?MCDaveG wrote:only Budokai mode kinda sucks......
