Dragon Ball - 5 CD SET (CD 1, 2 & 5)
Dragon Ball - Makafushigi Adventure! (2005 Ver. CD)
Dragon Ball - Best Collection
Dragon Ball - Music Collection
Dragon Ball - Zenkyokushu (English title?)

I'm now not entirely sure about the last two, but I think they do.

By "BGM Mystical Adventure", what exactly do you mean? Do you mean the instrumental renditions of the song? If so, most of them are on the 5-CD DB+DBZ Daizenshuu and DB Music Collection. Or perhaps, you mean the BGM from DB movie 3: Mystical Adventure. If so, it's on the aformentioned 5-CD set, though it only includes 6 pieces from that film.

Or, if you just mean the song itself, or any/all of the above, it's on everything dbboxkaifan mentioned, in at least one form or another.

Are you talking about the istrumental version of the otherwise vocal song?
