I have some TV records of GT from China. Whats interesting is that they use the opening as an eyecatch

That actually is from Taiwan, though. 中文台 is a TV channel in Taiwan, and the title logo is written in 繁体字 (traditional Chinese characters, used in Taiwan and Hong Kong) instead of 簡体字 (simplified Chinese characters, used in China). 普 probably refers to 普通話, the standard Chinese language based on Beijing dialect, so the dub itself is from China and the eyecatch must have been newly added in Taiwan.

Maybe they didn't have a master copy of the logo and just traced over the one from Head-Cha-La/made their own, and they screwed up and made the g into a c?

I think it's screwed G into C as I was watching this dub and French do say it like: ''Draghon Bool''.
Hence they sing it in opening.
