Where does it say anything about the language or subtitle tracks? Where does it say anything confirming the musical score?

They're all probably correct, but even searching around on other sites I've seen nothing confirming any of that. I'm not going to update with speculation.

Yea. I thought maybe they took that image from some card art from those those cards that did the manga chapters in color. But I looked back at my scans and found the image they used for this box is just a traced "updated" version.

I do agree, FUNimation Kai covers have always been pretty simple and basic white background. However, One Piece Season 4 Voyage 1 looks freaking awesome!

To my comment, it's due to the transfer of NTSC to PAL, why it sounds slightly different and what some call "darker Kikuchi".

That's because they saw it by downloading some illegal BD-rips available on torrent sites. During the process of PAL conversion, the French dubbing company sped up the audio without change in pitch, but those BD-rips contain the audio slowed down to NTSC speed with pitch change, so it sounds awkwardly deeper than the original. All those who say that kind of complaints watch the dub illegally. That's all.
