Could someone that owns this game tell me a bit more about it, in terms of gameplay and who's the composer?

From the gameplay videos it looked a bit like Pocket Monster, with levels and pick attacks, it's a shame this game also ended on Cell's arc. Oh well. =)

Thanks.

Pokemon are turn based RPGs, and this is a card game. I don't know how you think those are similar at all.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

Hm, 'kay, thanks.

As a game, is it an enjoyable card DB game?

There are a good number of people whose only JRPG ever was Pokemon and thus every JRPG they after the fact is "like Pokemon". Just as many use Final Fantasy as the benchmark; but considering I'm stating the obvious and not meaning to imply that DBoxKai is one of these people I'm text rambling.

I do have to say I like the PAL cover art to this game a lot more than the NA one.

Just like Dragon Ball since Chapter #4.

Doesn't anyone here own this game to give a little feedback whether it's good or bad?

DBZ Abridged:

Piccolo: The Sky is green, the grass is blue... and it's boring as SHIT.

I played this game in a emulator, so here it goes:

Piccolo statement about Namek goes to this game. Even for a card game, I never saw something this slow-paced. The game is really slow and the gameplay is ridiculously easy, without any need to use your brain to defeat the enemies. In fact, this game plays by this rule: The strongest card win. And I do need to say that there isn't a difference between cards other than power-level in a battle. I think the only difficulty you'll ever have in this game is how much you hold yourself to keep playing it.

If you want a Card-Based DBZ, go for Dragon Ball Z: Legendary Super Warriors. It's a way better game, the story follows the Saiyan Saga to Buu's Saga (Maybe the first DBZ game that followed this route) and the gameplay is interesting by himself. Oh, and one more thing: Semi-Chibi Sprites.

I played Densetsu and I'm amazed to see how they rather make a new gameplay instead of following a good ol' one.

Overral: Don't play it and play Legendary Super Warriors or use it as your ultimate patience test.

Well, that ain't much fun then, thanks, Arthur.

I do indeed want a DB card game and thought this was good but apparently it isn't, thanks again. I'll check the other game you've referenced.

Well, I think the game is quite hard to find. But I recommend you to use the Emulator on it.
