they are going to re-release all the DVDs again in the new RED CHOME LOOK.

PS: this looks like another 5 years for Funimation to make $ from us. SAIYAN SAGA & NAMEK SAGA is the just the start. Ginew~~Majin buu saga is all coming soon....

Stop making things up. Unless you have a press release from FUNimation, I seriously doubt this is true (especially since they're still releasing Saiyaman disks as we speak).

Press release ?

I own my own anime collectable store, with whom I have anime DVD distrubutors. They have given me a COST price list for 2005 & 2006 for Funimation. Which i cannot disclose here, since its private information for retailers.

sorry, that you don't believe me.

Even so, if this is true, I seriously don't see anyone buying them unless they'd be released for a $5 price tag. Buying dvds with the exact same episodes, and I thought you buying all 3 versions of Sagas was topping the cake. Dragonbox...you are hardcore personified.

Are you sure Funimation is going to re-release all the DVDs of Dragonballz?

I highly doubt it. I could see them re-releasing the "Captain Ginyu" discs just to have all the uncut English episodes in-synch with the Japanese version (the dub doesn't fully synch up until Japanese episode 72), but other than that, probably not.

I wouldn't believe DragonBox as far as I could throw him, if I were you Dim sum boy. He seems to be highly vein, and likes throwing his collection in other peoples faces; so I can imagine this, like anything else, is just for attention.

As I recall, the episodes themselves weren't numbered with the American releases. The DVDs themselves started out with "1," which had episodes 17-19, and on from there, and then the "lost episodes" also started out with "1," which actually had episodes 1-3. Confusing, yes, but it's FUNimation's own fault.

Yeah, likes that's an improvement, and he wasn't making a threat, he was making a gaurantee that if you continue with the pathetic grammer your using like above, EX WILL have you're ass out of here faster than cotten candy dissolves. http://www.daizex.com/interaction/board Read the rules and abide by them, or else. This isn't a messege board for 2nd graders, it's for intelligent people that know how to spell in proper English grammer, and you agreed to do so when you registered.

If your posts mean so little to you that you can't even be bothered to compose them correctly, why should any of us feel inclined to take the time to answer them?

I highly doubt theyll be doing this. I know FUNI wants to milk DBZ for all its worth, but this is pushing it. No one in their right mind would buy the same dvd with a different cover unless it had new material on it. Not even die hard fans go that far. Honestly, you run one local store. How would you get info before anyone else? Not to mention the internet? The main source for breaking news like this to the public. I've seen no other sites mention this.

And SuperGotenks, you agreed to use propper grammar and correct spelling when you joined this forum.

I whole heartedly agree with you. The worst thing about this, is that Dragonbox acts as if owning his own hobby-shop makes him more privvy to this sort of information; and on top of that, like you pointed out, if such a thing were true, we would have known about it by now.

Hell, we know they're going to release the first season, and second season, because it was announced. It would be unethical to re-do the series beyond the Ginyu-Tokusentai discs. And if they decided too, I think we would have heard that such a thing was going to happen, as FUNi tends to release this sort of information in advance.

And why wouldn't they? They know that if they released such information several months in advance, fans could make a stink over it, and they could see where their profit margins lay.
