How come there isn't anything for DBO on the main site?

How come there isn't anything for DBO on the main site?
Seems strange to me, since Toriyama is heavily involved on the game, it follows the manga, and there is a lot of background info on the Internet, and even on this forum, yet there is no guide or feature or whatever on this site. Why?
