The Quality of DBZ Kai Parts 1-4 Packaging

The quality between Parts 1-4 and Parts 5-8 really diferentiate, it's noticeable that Parts 1-4 packaging were HQ, everything about the packaging looked wonderful and in place, yet, Parts 5-8 declined in terms of packaging quality and the disc content itself (music scandal doesn't help neither).

Best looking part of 5-8 is probably Part 7, the others are good too.

Still, dunno why FUNimation didn't use Gohan SSJ2 for their inside character on Part Eight Blu-ray instead of the god damn Goku (they used Goku way too much). FUNimation did use Gohan for once on the Parts' Collection, and it was Part Three.

I was scanning the Kai covers one at a time and then seen how the packaging quality of Parts 1-4 were superior to Parts 5-8, it's about the quality, not really hating.

Gotta agree with dbboxkaifan, the choice for Goku of the episodes 95-98 disc is really bizarre. Much less barechested Namek Goku. I can kinda see why they'd want to use Goku, but it should have at least been on the first disc cover. Part 8 in general is puzzling. There's two discs with 10 episodes, you'd thing Funimation would do 5 and 5 instead of the 6 and 4 they did.

Saying the same thing twice won't make it true or correct, but truth to be said, I really don't care much now about Dragon Ball Kai (or the rest) as I did back then (for example; when I created this topic).

We should be glad, Kai is the only series in recent history that Funi has used higher quality paper stock on the slip covers. Most of their current slips covers are made of crappy thin recycled paper.
