I doubt that video came from the uploader's own recording; for one, it's in 240p. It probably came from a long-ago RM encoded fansub, that's been floating around the internet for years...

Maybe you can just download the video using a YouTube downloader? It's funny how that's Dragon Box footage and it looks so horrible and old from the VHS recording, lol.

If it's not against the rules here, I don't mind downloading the video and uploading it for you folks that are wanting it.

Btw, what do you mean by "how that's Dragon Box footage"? It it were, it would be possible to find on the Japanese Dragon Box Z on the extras.

Take a closer look at the releases displayed to the left at 08:46, respectively.
