Nope. You can listen to it through other means though. Rip it from Game's Audio file, or just turn off the character voices in Game Options =)

There might be someone who might want these tracks so I'll be posting the GameRips since officially they were never released, although there were CD releases of video game soundtracks.

Kenji Yamamoto - Story Prologue

Just to be sure, you don't want Budokai 1 GameRip too, just B2-B3?

It's still copyrighted material and thus far being such I'm surprised this forum that is against piracy allows users to upload unreleased yet with copyright content to post here. I won't upload it and I've also took removed from that link of Kenji Yamamoto's Story Prologue mp3.
