Budokai 3 Help

Well to tell you the truth

.... I have not unlocked every character in the game. Ok when you unlock the Dragon Arena and battle in it don't you get Cell Jr. I still can't unlock him.

Alrighty, fight with a level 20 - 40 fighter against leveled fighters twice or more your level, and eventually Piccolo should end up breaking-in, though fair warning: it's completly random in break-ins. If you want a memory card with a 100% game data, PM me and we'll talk. Took me 6 months, but I did it

From the Cheat-Codes and Secrets on gamefaqs:

Unlocking secrets in Dragon Arena.
The Level you see on the list is the opponent's level. It doesn't matter what your character's level is or which character you fight as, but remenber, the chance of them breaking in is still RANDOM.

Strange... I got the Red Ribbon Base as soon as I first unlocked Dragon Arena. I also heard about another way on gamefaqs. It involves the above but your character has to be at a lower level than the person breaking in (as far as I know, it doesn't work).

And how exactly does Cell Game rules work? Does it mean we get to go outside the arena?

Yeah me too, I think it's kind of weird as well. Anyway with the Cell rules you get the (destroyed) Cell Ring and you get a new level in World Tournament Mode in that stage where there are no Ring Outs possible.

Not only that, but Cell Games Rules also allows Fusions and Super Buu's absorption move. I love having a 100%, I no longer have to bother going in and out of Dragon Arena 5 dozen times before a break-in.

I wish I still had 100% save. Stupid game. I'm back to 50 something though. Still need all the DA stuff again. :/

Agreed, I was working on 9 of every capsule too, but I gave up on that, I have all the power-up capsules twice anyway
