What Dragonball character would be your Valentine?

Post by samuraix123 » Thu Feb 14, 2013 11:34 am

Hello Everyone!
I figured why not make a fun little topic for the day and ask, What Dragonball character would you pick to be your valentine? :D
I'm definitely going with Launch!
Image
Whoops! I forgot to say that your character can be anyone from the Dragonball universe!
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Bulma, Snow, Videl. We would have a pillow fight, a slumber naughty party, lingerie. :D

Just because neither Goku or Vegeta would understand or like the concept of Valentine (respectively), it would have to be Mirai Trunks.

Farmer with the Shotgun.

How I tremble, longing for him to take me in his strong, hirsute, tree-trunk arms, and embrace me like a bale of hay, pressing his burly form upon my own, smelling of cheap whiskey, dirt, and Old Spice. And oh, how he'd rock me in those strong arms and tell me everything would be okay, he won't let the government take his gun, and we'd make love until the morning light rises over Mt. Paozu as our bodies are still one in the shade of a barn, me wearing his overalls, he hoping that a spaceman doesn't kill him that day. And we'd live, truly, truly live.

But seriously, if you're at the point where you wonder which DB character you would have as a Valentine, perhaps you need some fresh air.

The victim of violent head trauma as an infant [...] he's a simple bumpkin with a fair share of brain damage who's natural talents to work out what's wrong compensate for his broad lack of common sense. But he's also a fighter, through and through [...] he fight until he has, in no uncertain terms, beaten his enemy on terms they can both acknowledge. He doesn't want to kill anyone, or even prove that he can win... he just wants to know he can. He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.

...You sir or madam, are a person after my own heart. Excellent thinking, muahaha.

Hmm. Honestly, it's a little hard for me to pick. Most of the Dragon Ball girls are easy enough on the eyes, sure, but...they're usually a little psychotic too. I think I'd have to go with Videl though. Cute, spunky, has a great attitude...is willing to dress up as a superhero opposite her guy to go fight crime...what's not to love? :D

That was funny! and it's not like I was being completely serious. I was just trying to create a fun little topic for everyone to have fun with. I knew full well that people were going to say that they would like a romantic valentines day with the Ox King. :P

Neither, they all seem high maintenance. And they would look odd in 2D. Not to mention the fact that they are drawn. What if someone spilled some water or turpentine on them? Wouldn't that be awful?
Now wonder, if you were dating a cartoon character, and you accidentally killed them with turpentine, would you be charged with manslaughter or destruction of property? Or just let free since they can be redrawn?
If you touched them, would they feel like paper or plastic?
Would they respond to physics like us, or would they become angry and make a gag punch at you, and your head would blow up due to the force?
Could they eat real food? Would they need to eat real food? Would they poop?

I think those are some quite valid questions we need to answer before considering dating a cartoon character.

Long hared Videl. Short haired Videl is also cool, but the long haired look is better. :D

I'm on the opposite end, if I was going to pick one based on looks I would pick short hair Videl.
