Well the Bonus DVD is part of why I want it, but I want the Magazine to go with it as a complete set.

The only place you'll find one now is Amazon.co.jp I've been searching for ages to get the DVD, but the sellers on Amazon.co.jp won't ship to me and I've never used fowarding as I hear it can be very expensive, but if you're prepared to pay then that's the way to go.
