Anime Weekend Atlanta 2005

Post by VegettoEX » Wed Sep 21, 2005 8:26 pm

I probably should have asked this sooner, but is anyone heading down to Anime Weekend Atlanta this weekend? The convention's pretty heavily centered around music videos and such, but it is indeed just a regular con with tons of other stuff (cosplay, dealer's room, video games, anime showings, etc.).

Meri and I have videos in the various contests, we're participating in the "Iron Editor" contest versus Kusoyaro Productions, and we've got a panel. We've got free DVDs to pass out at our panel, too! If you're going to be at the con, by all means, please introduce yourself.

Dang you really get around EX. Your in Jersey right? How exactly do you have the money for plane tickets/and or/ gas, for getting back and forth from all these cons you go to? Ya know, considering how high gas is now.

He and Meri both work full-time at jobs that require many skills in the subjects they majored in. Neither one of them is exactly a "poor college student" any more. :P

Haha, that's a good, and true enough way to look at it Julian.

I myself know how it feels, even though I am only attending a community college. But the broke part still remains quite the same.
