Episode of Bardock dubbed?

Episode of Bardock dubbed?

So I came across this Episode of Bardock dub on YouTube. It's not from FUNimation *or* Team Four Star. The thing is - it sounds REALLY official. There is a credits list at the end, but I don't recognize any of the names. Doesn't help that they all seem to be YouTube user names. Also Freeza/Chilled sounds a LOT like either Chris Ayres or whoever voices him in Abridged.

Anyone know who made this? It would help clear up the confusion in my head.
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

Why do people in English speaking counties like ruining their well made fandubs by using dub-score-like generic music?

Wasnt this already posted somewhere? Because they were trying to make it more like Toonami's dbz, and because the music is subjectively bad.

Seriously! I wish people had a wide array taste in music.. :? Or were open to using something else.

I just watched the fan dub you speak of the other night... Bardock sounds a LOT like Guile from the English dub of Street Fighter II: V. Like.. amazingly so. Even has some of his lines from the show...
