Who Composed Unmi No Hi?

Who's the composer? is it Mr. Kikuchi?, I was listening to some music from db and dbz and I checked the insert songs...

I've never listened to such glory in terms of a song (not orchestral pieces but voiced songs).

I would like to know the composer and the name of the guy who wrote it! I of course know the singer is not other than Mr. Kageyama, The one and only! (No one should even have the right to sing cha la head cha la in my opinion).
