Which attack would you choose to be your signature Ki wave attack.

Kamehameha. Gyarikku Ho is a close second.

Final Flash, next would be Freeza's Death Beam, but it's not one of the choices, so the Dodonpa would be closest.

Definitely the Kamehameha wave. but I do like Dodompa as well.

Definitely the Final Flash, though the Kamehameha is also up there.

My favorite's actually just the generic one-handed energy wave used by a bajillion characters. But from that list, I'd go with Kamehameha.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

KienzanFinal Flash is, as the name suggest, pretty flashy, so that one's a preferred move. Big Bang Attack is nice as well.

Galick Gun! Like the Kamehameha, but isn't used by every man and his dog, making it a finer choice for a signature attack, I think. Also it looks awesome in the anime.

I have to ask, what made you choose these five techniques?

I chose them because they are all "wave" like attacks. However, I think I might just make it open to any ki based attack.

The Final Flash's presentation is certainly incredibly impressive, but I'm sure if you gave any character the time to sit there and pull their entire power base into one single wave, you could make any attack look just about as impressive. 'Course, the fact that it's Vegeta certainly helps.

I've always been a fan of the Big Bang, but it seems mostly like an attack you use to finish off weaker opponents, whereas the Final Flash was done (in both instances) as a desperation move.

Now...if Krillin could actually HIT something with the Destructo Disk...

I've never gotten the appeal of the Final Flash. It's just a big old blast of ki. The hand gesture is kinda interesting, but I just don't see how it's different enough from everything else that came before it to be so popular.

While I love me some Kamehameha, I generally prefer attacks that try and do something new and different with ki, so things like Kienzan, Sokidan, and Makankosappo are attacks that appeal to me.

One minor, trivial thing I just remembered.

There's part of the scene with Vegeta vs. Zarbon where Zarbon goes to fire a one-handed blast at Vegeta, but he actually has to grab onto his own arm to help steady it. I always thought that was a pretty awesome concept, it would've been neat if they'd saved that gesture for one of the characters' main attacks.

Does no one but me like the Kikoho? I mean, especially Shin-Kikoho, I always thought it was pretty cool, and rarely used.
So mondo lame.

Trunks' Burning Attack. It's so unfortunate that Toriyama created an interesting looking attack that is never used in the Manga again. So, if I could use a Ki attack, I'd want to give some support to that.

It's most likely because of the damage he did to Cell with it. Despite how badly he was losing earlier, he still took a chunk out of Cell with it, and surprised him.

I remember when I first saw this scene during its first run on UK Cartoon Network and thought it was incredibly awesome.

Anyway I think I'd probably choose Deathbeam though only if it was so fast that no-one could see it, like when Freeza used it after he achieved his final form. I like Kikoho but the limits on usage and chance of death of the user isn't practical.

I guess it also depends on in what universe were using these techniques? The real world or the Dragonball World.
