I was just curious...What is the difference between the standard DragonBall Carddass cards and the DragonBall Heroes cards?

Basically, one is pretty normal while the other is on acid.

They're different games with different rules. But not all that different overall, since they're both card games based on DB.

The regular Carddass cards are just collectible TCGs, where as the DataCarddass (which Dragon Ball Heroes is) can be used in arcade machines. There's also an Augmented Reality, and Internet Connectivity line but I don't believe Dragon Ball is a part of those.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

Miracle Battle Carddass is a card game you can play with friends at the lunchroom table. Dragon Ball Heroes cards are made for use at an arcade to create a mix of card-battling with head-to-head fighting games.
