Favourite Transformation/Fusion moment

Anyways what transformation moment was your favourite.

For me its the SSJ3 transformation in Fusion Reborn(Majin Boo one is overrated). Sean really killed it with that one. (especially the last few seconds of the transformation). I have not heard the Japanese take of it yet though.

I was actually going to say the SSJ3 Goku in Fusion Reborn myself, but I think I prefer the Japanese one (for once) The transformation is epic in any language, but I just feel the way that the Japanese voice actors screamed for transformations had a little bit more edge to them and made it even better.

I'll give an honorable mention to Majin Vegeta too, because I look at it as a rediscovering of himself, and the voice actor for Vegeta in English (Sabat? I think is his name) absolutely nails the Prince of All Saiyans part.

But seriously, I really liked when we see Cell reforming into Super Perfect Cell from a blob of cells in the anime. I don't know if it counts, but I thought it was kinda cool. Technically he transformed.

Now that I saw the Japanese one, I still give the win to the english. I just like how the pitch and scream changed. The Japanese one is mostly the same the whole time. And I'm usually on the Japanese side.

I definitely have to say the first SSJ transformation for Goku. It was a huge build up, Freeza just completely pissed off the most gentle person in an epic way, and he got so angry, that he just plain let loose. It was mysterious, and it shocked everybody. It was a very uneasy feeling in the air when he transformed, and when he wasn't even sure that he could control himself around his own son, you knew it just got real. The entire atmosphere of it all just hit, and we knew that this was a completely different Son Goku. It may be cliché, but I do not think that this transformation can be topped.

Well, predictably, Gohan's transformation into SSJ2 is my favorite, especially in the animated version (original Z).

However, as far as fusion, my favorite is Piccolo fusing with Kami. Mostly because of that cool line he gets: "I am neither Kami nor Piccolo, but a Namekian who has long forgotten his name." It's undercut later when he just tells Goku to call him Piccolo, but whatever, still a good moment.

Excluding my obligatory Gohan Super Saiyan 2 scene choice; I really like Trunks' Super Saiyan transformation at the end of his special. The animation was beautiful. The voice acting was great. ("Gohan-san?! Gohan-san?!". The screaming was so genuine. Oh, and the bloody fists from his clenching. Ouch.

One transformation sequence that's constantly been on my mind recently is the one in the 2nd Battle of Gods trailer where Goku yells "Destruction ain't somethin' to take pleasure in!" and then Head-Cha-La kicks in.

3) Son Goku going SSJ3 for the first time - although it didn't lead to something completely epic, the whole going into his eye/curled up as a baby/displaying Goku's journey was brilliant.

2) Like others, I have to include Son Gohan going SSJ2 - the transformation just summed up that this moment was the culmination of the whole story of Gohan and beautifully explored his peaceful nature entwined with the caged beast inside of him.

1) Son Goku going SSJ for the first time - finally the moment Vegeta had foretold. Someone we had seen so peaceful for so long, but for the first time since Kuririn's first death, it all just snapped for Goku. THE iconic moment of the series.

1st and 2nd place are by far and away my favourite two, 3rd place may sometimes change for me. Shame they are all SSJ transformations, but for me they are the three most incredible.
