Armageddon Expo. ad uses Bruce Faulconer piece?

This bothers me every time I see it on TV, but I swear the ads for Armageddon Expo. use Bruce Faulconer's Gohan Theme.

Any other NZ members notice this?

Also a bit off topic but I just noticed the music that's being used in the recent Armageddon Expo advertisements is a piece of Faulconer Productions music!

Yeah, it's bothering me as well. While it is kinda cool to hear them using it, I'm really unsure to the legitimacy of it.

I've thought about writing to Armageddon Expo and asking them. Should I?

I've heard it many times on there over the last few years too, which is a shame for me as it's one of my least favourite Faulconer pieces. But it is unusual that they're still using it.

OH wow, thanks for posting the link! It's note for note replicated, weird! I wonder why they didn't just use the original? Or do something similar instead of note for note?

Maybe they hired Falcouner Productions to do the commercial's music and they decided to do a remake of the song instead of composing a new one.

I don't think Faulconer Productions would have used those synths. They would have used the original synths but written something new. Most composers prefer to write new stuff. I know I do. Here you have *old* notes played on ..uhh..those unfamiliar synths they used for the ad(they don't sound like something from the studio).
