Saw this on Mike's Twitter and immediately jumped over to eBay to have a look for myself. First thing I noticed was that I was unable to actually access the listing. Turns out when I viewed it on Internet Explorer this popped up:
Item 360661377805 is no longer available
For whatever reason, Google Chrome does not display this.
Don't recall if we had cover art for it initially, either way it doesn't really matter. The cover art itself isn't all that interesting, but the fact that some people have copies of this, is.
Wait, WTF?! Had they already pressed actual copies before it got cancelled and are there illegally leaked copies floating around? That sure is damn rare !
Soppa Saiyjins from Dorgou Ballru Zetto is my favorite transformation everah, especially when Trounksoru did it in front of Seru and when Bejita did it when he faced Jingonigen-hachigo. But for real, I use the FUNi pronunciation. - Soppa Saia People
Who would actually pay for that at that price? But hey at least shipping's free
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:

Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

There's people who'd pay far more for far less than what's in this auction. That's to say people are willing to pay huge amounts for NES which aren't really any good but they're collector's items.
Given that this exists then Dragon Ball Kai: Original Soundtrack IV may exist because I remember seeing someone selling it on Amazon.jp for a highly absurd price too.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

The CD was once listed by a marketplace seller at a ridiculously high price, and I sent them an e-mail and they stopped selling it without answering soon after that. They were selling other three soundtrack CDs at the same absurd price, too. It obviously was just a mistake.
Anyway, Kai OST IV was cancelled 20 days before the official release date, so I guess it was not actually pressed. On the other hand, they announced the cancellation of Raging Blast 2 OST on the very release date, which means that it probably was pressed and some copies were already sent to stores.
