Even without a proper Dragon Ball fighting game for PC, the modders still make it possible. Wish they'd allow mods to be used on consoles.

If the rumors for Naruto Storm 3 coming to PC are true, then there will be heck a lot of DBZ mods on there :O

For SSF4, Cell looks pretty decent, but Taopaipai is completely originally awesomely done!

I personally never liked CC2's Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm gameplay and couldn't see how it fits with the Dragon Ball world.
