I'm just vaguely hearing any similarities. There's too much stuff going on in the Pokémon piece to be sure, and I don't think the DB one is long enough.

I don't think it's similar enough to call plagiarism.

It's barely even vaguely similar (as in "at this one part three similar notes are played in succession in both songs, so it must be a ripoff!")... Someone doesn't have very good hearing comprehension, or is only hearing what they want to. :eh:

Can't say it resembles Dragonball in the slightest, it's strange how anyone would compare this Pokemon BGM to a Dragonball BGM.
